Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are solely covered by the customer. 

Shipping is handled by third parties: DHL or UPS depending on the geographical region. Tracking numbers will always be provided to customers via email. 

Normal wear and tear to packaging may be expected in route.

In case incorrect address is provided, customer is liable.

Customs and duty policy:

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the client.

Customs Clearance & Processing Delays

Customs processing times vary by country and may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery dates. Clients are responsible for any delays due to customs procedures.

Refusal to Pay Duties & Returns

If a client refuses to pay customs duties, the package may be returned to us or abandoned by customs authorities. In such cases:
• If returned, the client may be eligible for a refund minus shipping and return fees.
• If abandoned, no refund will be provided.

Providing Accurate Information

Clients must ensure all shipping details, including contact information and tax identification numbers (if required), are accurate to avoid customs issues.
